The interior space can accommodate 2 people and consists of a kitchen connected to the living room and bedroom as well as a separate bathroom. The interior space gives access to a 17m2 terrace which can be completely closed.
Beach House Olive villa enjoys an excellent beachfront location in Medulin. The ideal place to enjoy the sea. The surrounding area offers many leisure opportunities: cycling, horse riding, jogging, hiking and much more. Cape Kamenjak, which is a short drive from the villa, is a must-see if you like untouched nature with wild beaches and beautiful surroundings. The historic town of Pula is a short drive away. Pula is the largest city in Istria and offers a multitude of bars, restaurants and sights. Visit the famous amphitheater dating from the 1st century. Many events are organized there, from concerts and film screenings to sporting events. We recommend taking a day trip to Brijuni National Park.

host is an excellent host and looked after us so well. He even drove one of us back to retrieve a lost phone! I really can't recommend him or his stunning villa enough.
Our family of 6 had a fantastic holiday and we managed to keep them all happy at the same time which is priceless!!

We were very satisfied and were in good hands at all times, we felt very comfortable.
The whole family is extremely nice and accommodating. host can be reached at any time to help us where he can.
What may not please all guests is that Mirko and his family live directly above the accommodation and a neighboring house with windows overlooking the pool is adjacent. This did not bother us in any way and privacy is very respected.
We will definitely come back and can recommend both the host and the laboriously furnished and more than well equipped accommodation. It lacks nothing. As well as inside and outside.
In addition, the entire environment is very quiet and is ideal for one or the other bike ride, hiking or a short walk.
The pool is as well maintained as all other areas.
In bad weather, one finds enough distraction with the many technical possibilities.
